Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various systems. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across development, pre-production, and production environments. Analyze portfolio and benchmark return files to ensure accuracy and alignment. Review and validate financial data from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues. Utilize advanced Excel functionalities to analyze large datasets and create internal reports. Support system upgrades and data migrations by developing and executing test cases. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to clarify requirements and confirm data assumptions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining data quality. Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionalities such as complex formulas and pivot tables. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy. Effective communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with data migration and system testing processes. Familiarity with financial data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
