We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers flexibility while providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the monthly and quarterly network provider incentive process. Responsibilities Collaborate with a small team to support the monthly and quarterly check run for provider incentives. Generate and reconcile data files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes. Convert data into appropriate formats for check runs, coordinating with external teams as necessary. Validate data accuracy through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of processes and findings to support transparency and efficiency. Skills Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in managing or supporting incentive compensation processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to the role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Background in healthcare or related fields. Experience with data reconciliation and check run processes. Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
