JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY Assist in developing, interpreting, and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques across the enterprise related to accounts payable or receivables processes, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures by performing the following duties:
RESPONSIBILITIES A
Master Data Management ( MDM ) professional ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business data—such as customer or vendor information—across an organization. Key duties include defining data governance policies, managing data quality, reducing redundancy, and utilizing specialized tools to maintain accurate information.
Supports critical financial cycles:
period end, yearend, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, physical inventory, internal/external audits, senior management meetings, etc. Supports, with minimal management direction, the design, development and testing of enterprise change management impacting business processes within non-integrated, multi-system environment. Develop positive customer, supplier and internal business partner relationships through problem solving, networking, analysis and other interactions. With minimal management direction, responsible for compilation, analysis and review of complex enterprise financial transactions and required summaries (balance sheet account reconciliations, expenses impacting corporate profit & loss statement, intercompany transactions, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
System Knowledge:
Experience with ERP systems or data management platforms.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong skills in data analysis to identify trends and resolve data-related issues.
Communication:
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from four-year College or university; CPA or CMA preferred
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
PAY RANGE
$69,840.00 - $104,760.00 CULTURE

PROFIT SHARING
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
