In this role, you'll help uncover trends, identify opportunities, and guide improvements that elevate the quality and safety of care across Logan Health. You won't just report on data, you'll help shape the future of how care is delivered.
What You Bring Minimum Requirements:
One of the following: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field OR minimum of three (3) years of related job or industry experience Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a provider practice and/or managed care/insurance environment utilizing electronic health records (EHR) Minimum of one (1) year of analytic or statistical analysis experience
Additionally, You'll Excel With:
Experience working with EMR data, including extraction, reporting, and validation Proficiency in Power BI (or similar visualization tools) and advanced Excel Knowledge of coding guidelines, medical billing, and regulatory requirements Strong attention to detail and data integrity practices What You'll Do Turn Data Into Action Analyze clinical and operational data using statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI and other tools) to support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders Drive Quality & Performance Improvement Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and operational performance Partner with multidisciplinary teams to inform strategic and operational decisions Contribute to performance improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations Ensure Data Integrity & Reporting Excellence Perform data collection, abstraction, and validation for internal and external reporting Retrieve and analyze data from systems such as Premier, NHSN, Press Ganey, Safety Zone, and HQR Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all reporting Build & Optimize Data Systems Support development and maintenance of databases and data collection tools Assist with system upgrades, testing, and integrations Help train teams on reporting tools and system enhancements Who You Are You're naturally curious and detail-oriented, with a passion for solving complex problems. You enjoy digging into data, identifying patterns, and helping others understand what it all means.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
