Data Analyst - Wesley Long Cancer Center Cone Health - 3.6 Greensboro, NC Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. The position works closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data models and reports that meet those requirements. Working under direct supervision, this role also is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, identifying data trends and patterns, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Strongly prefer expertise with Microsoft Excel and any exposure to Python or other technologies for analysis of big data is a bonus. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics or a related field. Strongly prefer 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Essential Job Function:
Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. Develops and maintains data models and reports to support business reporting and analysis needs. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Ensures data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data quality checks and implementing data validation processes. Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques when appropriate. Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting. Performs other duties as assigned.
