Full Job Description Job Summary:
Manage all administrative tasks related to the Engineering team. Handles matters relating to key customer audits, programs, corporate communications, metrics, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Essential Job Duties:
Develop, maintain, and automate department metrics as well as metrics for external stakeholders. Foster increased productivity and advancement opportunities by personal commitment to professional development and by practicing continuous improvement of processes. Support the engineering function by maintaining the technical and management process that controls the product/data identification, definition, acquisition, preparation, dissemination, and archiving. Provide on-demand support to various cross-functional teams. Ensure program documentation adheres to internal standards, formatting requirements, and contract authorization. Confirm correct and complete markings on all documentation. Issue and track Engineering Change Order numbers. Serve as the Data Transfer Agent to facilitate the transfer of software and other data between multiple networks and systems, including but not limited to, media duplication, antivirus scanning, and other activities as assigned. Organize, review, and authorize the release of new and revised documents as specified by the Engineering Leadership. Data Entry Reviews customer order source documents. Prepares and sorts of source documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered. Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Enters data from source documents into business system. Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format to detect errors. Makes necessary corrections to information entered. Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. Reviews error reports and enters corrections into business system.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent Highly skilled in MS Office software applications Excellent written and oral communication skills Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and accurately perform duties Must have independent problem-solving skills and the discipline to persevere until problems are solved Willingness to continue personal growth and development. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work with and influence peers and management. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Preferred:
Experience with PLM Systems Experience with
Microsoft Azure Physical Requirements:
Normal office environment where approximately 80% of work is performed in a sitting position with the remaining time walking and moving around the office area. Duties require normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination for keyboard operations. Normal duties involve filing as well as typical office duties that involve stretching, reaching, and stooping with lifting typically limited to 10-20 lbs. maximum Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
