Hybrid Description The Quality Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting THN by assisting with assessments, data collection, data analysis, recommendations, project implementation, summarization of findings, and evaluation of programs related to quality. This role assists in the development of education on required quality metrics with all contracted THN entities within THN practices as the subject matter expert and will collaborate with THN practices to drive quality performance. Essential Job Function Develop and deploy educational curricula which helps improve the knowledge, understanding, and awareness of health and required quality measures. Perform analyses of quality metrics and additional reporting set by contracted entities to identify trends and areas of opportunities. Works with IT and analytics teams to optimize workflows, tools, clinical decision support tools, and data capture for quality reporting. USE QI methodologies such as Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Six Sigma, or LeanProvide education and training on value-based care principles, technology, clinical quality measures, and process improvement strategies. Present key findings, performance data, overall network performance in monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly, and annual leadership and practice meetings. Lead or support quality improvement projects aligned with organizational priorities and value-based care goals. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree Experience Required:
3-5 years Licensure/Certification/Listing
