Job Description

Data Analyst Introduction:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support the organization''s decision-making processes. This role will involve working with various teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Ingest, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain and version the metric dictionary and report metric definitions Develop, maintain, and refresh Power BI dashboards for transparency portal and internal monitoring Ensure strict confidentiality and data governance compliance Monitor submission activity and compliance metrics Analyze trends in drug pricing, cost drivers, submission patterns, and non-compliance risks Create automated visualizations, reports, and analytic summaries for leadership and external inquiries Collaborate with IT, Legal, and program teams to optimize data pipelines and workflows Create and maintain documentation, metadata, and governance standards Provide ad hoc analytical support for policy development and legislative requests
Requirements:
Required Skills:
