Job Description
Overview Koponi Vanilla is seeking a Data & Growth Operations Analyst to support business growth through data-driven decision-making, operational analysis, and digital performance improvement. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and commercial strategy, helping transform business data into practical insights that improve efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and support expansion. The ideal candidate will help structure and analyze data across sales, inventory, customer behavior, sourcing, and digital channels. This person will work closely across business functions to build reporting tools, identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives related to market growth, product performance, and operational planning. Your Tasks And Responsibilities Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business metrics, including sales performance, customer trends, inventory levels, product demand, and channel performance. Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple business sources such as e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale records, spreadsheets, customer databases, and operational logs. Analyze customer purchasing behavior, seasonal trends, and product performance to generate actionable recommendations for growth and retention. Support demand planning and inventory decision-making by identifying sales patterns, stock movement trends, and forecasting opportunities. Evaluate the performance of digital marketing and outreach efforts using campaign data, customer engagement metrics, and conversion indicators. Develop analytical frameworks to support decisions on new products, pricing, partnerships, and market expansion. Improve business processes by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending data-informed solutions. Build recurring reports for leadership to support planning, prioritization, and performance tracking. Work with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and information accessibility across business functions. Help strengthen the company's digital and analytical capabilities by introducing practical tools, workflows, and data management practices. Support storytelling through data by helping communicate business impact, sourcing performance, and customer growth in a clear and compelling way. Contribute to special projects involving market research, customer segmentation, performance benchmarking, and growth strategy. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform business and operational data into clear insights, reports, and actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement. Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, validation, and business analysis. Familiarity with collecting, cleaning, and integrating data from multiple sources, including sales records, customer data, spreadsheets, and operational datasets. Understanding of business intelligence, KPI tracking, trend analysis, forecasting, customer analytics, and operations analytics. Ability to build structured, reproducible analytical workflows that support business monitoring and decision-making. Experience or interest in e-commerce analytics, CRM systems, digital marketing performance, inventory analysis, and growth reporting. Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings in a clear and practical business context. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute across analytics, operations, and growth-related functions. Familiarity with tools and concepts relevant to modern data workflows, such as BI platforms, automation, ETL processes, cloud environments, or data engineering practices. Interest in consumer products, sustainable growth, ethical sourcing, international supply chains, and impact-oriented business models.
Pay:
