Data Analysts are responsible for driving profitability and market share growth by managing and setting sell prices, analyzing costs, and forecasting demand. This role involves close collaboration with various teams including inside sales, outside sellers, operations, and management to develop and implement strategic pricing initiatives. The Data Analysts is also expected to work with various technology platforms such as, but not limited to, Power BI, Looker, CED Report Writer, CEDNET, CED WMS, Microsoft 365 platforms, and other emerging technology that will benefit the larger team.Reports to:
PC Manager Minimum Qualifications:
+- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. +
- Proven experience in pricing analysis or business analysis, preferably in a sales or operations environment. +
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills. +
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. +
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. +
- Understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.

Working conditions will be standard office environment and could include customer and vendor site visits.Supervisory Responsibilities:

+- Manage and set sell prices across products and services. +
- Manage and structure vendor deals such as office supplies +
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction. +
- Collaborate with purchasing (operations) to negotiate better deals and costs. +
- Forecast demand to support pricing and inventory decisions. +
- Work with the PC Manager and Operations Manager on customer-specific and vendor-specific special pricing agreements. +
- Support the PC in achieving higher profitability and expanding market share. +
- Support the PC with new technology adoption +
- Coordinate with inside and outside sales teams to align pricing strategies with market conditions. +
- Collaborate with the sales and project team on large project pricing negotiations +
- Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed. +
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.. +
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills. +
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. +
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel. +
