This role combines dashboard development, data transformation, workflow automation, and platform integration work across tools including Microsoft Fabric, Airtable, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. It is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in working across both analytics and business systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar technical discipline 0-2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or technical systems support Working knowledge of SQL (SparkSQL, T-SQL, or similar) Experience with Python (preferably PySpark) Familiarity with JavaScript scripting Experience building reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Exposure to APIs used for system integrations Strong analytical thinking, organization, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Airtable or similar workflow platforms Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure-based analytics environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Excel integrations Healthcare or IDD services experience Understanding of data warehousing or lakehouse concepts Interest in automation or AI tools (LLMs) Responsibilities Develop SQL-based datasets used for operational and leadership reporting Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Assist with data pipeline development using Python (PySpark) Support integrations between internal platforms using REST APIs Maintain workflow automations using JavaScript-based scripting environments Help administer internal workflow platforms such as Airtable Monitor data quality and resolve reporting inconsistencies Collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, and administrative teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions Document datasets, workflows, and automation processes
