Responsibilities for a Customer Master Data Analyst include but are not limited to: Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy of contract membership, eligibility status, and account information across multiple systems. Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility, and customer segmentation within Revenue Manager, SAP, and related business platforms. Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies and account inconsistencies to ensure data integrity andpliance. Process customer account changes including additions, deletions, transfers, and updates throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to support contract and membership data processes. Candidates for Customer Master Data Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's degree or 1-5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical operations, data analysis, customer account management, or contract administration. Experience working with customer master data, eligibility verification, or contract-related data processes. Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze, validate, and manage large datasets accurately. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced,pliance-driven environment. What's in this Customer Master Data Analyst position for you?

$27.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Pay Details:
