Job Description Insight Global is hiring a senior data analyst for the people domain activation project for one of their largest clients in the financial industry. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, supporting a People Domain activation initiative. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Engineering to define HR data assets, gather and refine requirements, and ensure data is properly structured, governed, and aligned to business needs. You will play a critical role in supporting the transition to a Data-as-a-Product model by helping build and enhance People-related data products. This is a highly business-facing role where you will lead stakeholder conversations, turn high-level requests into clear analytical solutions, and analyze large HR datasets to identify trends, validate data quality, and deliver actionable insights. - Proficiency in SQL Experience working with large datasets Exposure to data governance and data cataloging tools (e.
g., Purview, Informatica, Oracle)
