Job Description Insight Global is hiring a level four data analyst for the people domain activation project for one of their largest clients in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enabling the people domain to successfully transition into the enterprise Data-as-a-Product operating model. The analyst will partner with Domain Owners, Stewards, Data Engineering, and cross‑functional business teams to define domain scope, document data assets, elicit requirements, ensure metadata and quality standards are met, and support the build-out of People-related data products. Deep understanding of HR and People data, processes and architecture.
Knowledge of PI and PHI handling
Exposure to DM&G standards and enterprise operating models
Strong experience in data analysis tooling and languages
SQL. Excel, Python
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview
including data catalog and lineage capabilities.
Experience in the HR domain or insurance industry.
Familiarity with cloud-based data lake/hub concepts and database management systems.
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
