Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize large datasets using SQL, Python, R, and ETL tools such as Talend or Oracle to ensure data quality and consistency. Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other visualization platforms to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Assist in designing and maintaining databases with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Support project management activities within Agile frameworks by tracking progress, documenting requirements, and participating in sprint planning sessions. Conduct business analysis by interpreting data trends, identifying anomalies, and providing actionable recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with team members on database design, data modeling, and linked data initiatives to enhance data accessibility across departments. Contribute to the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes by documenting workflows and supporting system testing efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is preferred. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of Looker is a plus. Basic programming skills in Python or R for data analysis tasks; VBA scripting experience is advantageous. Understanding of ETL processes and tools like Talend or Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data integration. Knowledge of database design principles and linked data concepts to support scalable analytics solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices; understanding of SDLC processes is beneficial. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets; strong attention to detail is essential. Effective communication skills for presenting insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
