Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong focus on ETL development and advanced SQL to join our Business Intelligence and Data Management team. This role is responsible for supporting enterprise data warehouse initiatives and translating business requirements into scalable ETL solutions that drive analytics and decision-making across the organization. This is a hands-on technical role that blends data analysis, ETL development, and business collaboration. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with data warehouse structures, investigating data issues, and documenting transformation logic while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes supporting the enterprise data warehouse Translate business requirements into ETL specifications and source-to-target mappings Write advanced SQL to analyze, validate, and transform large datasets Work with fact and dimension tables within a dimensional data model Investigate and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders on data solutions Document ETL logic, transformation rules, and technical processes Support integration efforts across systems and data sources Optimize existing ETL pipelines and data workflows Contribute to enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives Requirements Advanced SQL expertise (required) Experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments Strong understanding of dimensional modeling (star schema, fact & dimension tables) Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipelines Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong documentation and communication skills Experience managing multiple priorities and projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar platforms Experience with ETL tools such as DBT, Informatica, or Coalesce Experience with REST APIs or data integrations Python experience for data processing or automation Experience supporting marketing or customer analytics data Why Join Us You'll be part of a collaborative Business Intelligence and Data Management team supporting enterprise-wide analytics initiatives. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
