Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Data Analyst to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who excels at refining workflows, streamlining processes, and enhancing business efficiency. The role requires a focus on improving operational quality, reducing costs, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and refine existing workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Automate processes wherever possible to improve operational speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance marketing strategies and align efforts.
- Track, compile, and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
- Redesign and optimize process flows to meet specific project goals and objectives.
- Maintain and update all documentation related to workflows and process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops to identify critical business challenges and propose solutions.
- Work closely with management to align processes with short-term and long-term organizational goals.
- Prepare and manage client-related data, including spreadsheets, notes, payment updates, and issue resolutions.
- Apply fraud analytics and investigation techniques to detect and mitigate risks. Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and process refinement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and macros.
- Solid understanding of fraud analytics, investigation, and anti-fraud techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with technical writing and documentation.
