Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business insights through meticulous data management and analysis, contributing to strategic decisions. Responsibilities Develop and implement detailed data mapping processes to ensure seamless information flow from source systems to target data marts. Translate business requirements into actionable mapping documents, fostering teamwork through code review and collaborative efforts. Mentor and provide training to junior analysts, enhancing team skills and capabilities. Evaluate new data solutions, offering expert technical insights and optimizing performance. Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Proven experience in data analytics, supported by a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience. Strong command of SQL and proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform and Big Query. Excellent communication skills and expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Thorough understanding of risk management practices within the financial sector. Preferred Skills Experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud within the financial industry. Familiarity with ETL tools such as AbInitio.
