Full Job Description Duties:
Quality Data Collection and Analysis:
Analyze quality data stored in databases and collected from production records, inspections, and supplier performance. Build and maintain databases using MySQL and create dashboards and visualizations with Power BI to monitor key quality metrics. Apply statistical analysis using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Perform root cause analysis to determine underlying causes of quality issues and defects.
Warranty Data Analysis:
Analyze quality and warranty data using MySQL, Power BI and Excel. Build databases and dashboards, identify trends and anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to improve product quality, reliability, and reduce costs. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FDA), support internal and external audits with data and documentation, maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality assurance procedures, and assist in developing and maintaining quality management systems, SOPs, and documentation.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline
