DATA ANALYTICS CO-OP

At Gardiner, our Data Analytics Co-op will gain hands-on experience supporting HVAC analytics for existing customers, working alongside a team that values learning, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.

Essential Functions:

Support the Data Services team with HVAC analytics and reporting for existing customersAssist with analyzing system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvementPartner with analysts to support troubleshooting and system performance insightsWork with building automation and HVAC system data to support ongoing service and optimization effortsHelp document findings and contribute to team projects and deliverables

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldInterest in working with data in a hands-on, applied environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable using computers, data tools, and Microsoft Office productsAbility to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team
