ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Data Analyst to support the
E-3 AWACS
Division (AFLCMC/WIW) at Tinker Air Force Base. In this role you will be the program's go-to expert for aircraft maintenance data — turning raw REMIS, IMDS, and JDRS records into the engineering insights that keep one of the Air Force's most critical airborne battle management platforms operationally ready. Your analysis directly shapes the decisions that sustain the E-3 fleet through its 2035 service life goal. This is a five (5) year full time contract position with benefits available. This position is 100% on site at Tinker
AFB. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Gather, compile, and analyze
E-3 AWACS
reliability and maintainability data from REMIS, IMDS, JDRS, Service Letter systems, ETIMS, and FLITES Produce detailed analysis reports identifying top failure drivers using Work Unit Code (WUC) rankings, delivering results to E-3 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) no later than 5 business days prior to scheduled monthly meetings Lead and facilitate the monthly E-3 Service Letter Meeting, coordinating review of ongoing engineering activities related to Service Letters, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives Receive, review, analyze, distribute, and record Service Letters, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directive notifications per AWACS Division standard operating practices Review, analyze, and submit TCTO and WUC master records into REMIS to support active E-3 projects Perform root cause analysis of high-failure/high-maintenance E-3 system items and provide detailed causal and corrective action reports to JDRS Prepare and deliver technical engineering reports and briefings (CDRL

) on the 5th business day of each month or as directed Support semi-annual 552 ACW Maintenance Crosstalk meetings with top-driver database summaries
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS U.S.
Citizen Active DoD SECRET Clearance Bachelor's degree in Aviation Technology, Engineering Technology, or related STEM field (or Associate's + 8 years relevant experience) 5+ years working with Air Force aircraft maintenance databases — REMIS, IMDS, or JDRS experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to query, analyze, and present large maintenance datasets in a clear, decision-ready format Experience tracking and processing regulatory compliance documents (Service Letters, ADs, Service Bulletins)
