  • Operationalize predictive outputs into repeatable workflows such as renewal focus lists, risk segmentation, and forecast support materials
  • Partner with Data Governance and Business Intelligence, where applicable, to support the movement of advanced analytics into production reporting or operational processes

Snowflake & In-Database Analytics Leverage Snowflake and in-database analytics capabilities (including Snowflake Cortex where appropriate) to create scalable, repeatable scoring and insight outputs
  • Build curated feature sets and analytical views that enable consistent use of retention and expansion signals across dashboards and analyses. 4. Data Marts & Domain Data Quality Design and build domain-specific data marts in Snowflake to support retention, renewal, and expansion analytics
  • Own metric definitions, analytical logic, and data quality for the retention and expansion analytics domain, ensuring consistency and trust across leadership reporting
  • Proactively identify data issues, investigate root causes, and partner with Systems, BI, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies. 5. Executive Storytelling & Operating Cadence Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives for forecast reviews, QBRs, and renewal deep dives
  • Proactively surface emerging risks, trends, and opportunities before they appear in lagging results
  • Contribute insights and analysis that inform recurring operating cadences led by RevOps and GTM leadership. You've got what it takes if you've got... 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Customer Analytics, or a related BI/Analytics role within a B2B SaaS or subscription business
