Data & Process Automation Analyst Location:
Lake Oswego, OR (Hybrid -
Schedule:
3 Days Onsite/2 Remote) Reports to:
Manager, Fleet Data Permanent/Direct Placement Salary Expectation:
70-80K Overview This role supports the Business Services team by combining data analysis, process support, and automation. You'll work with internal data, maintain reporting accuracy, and help modernize manual processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools. What you'll be doing
  • Analyze, clean, and manage data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Investigate discrepancies and support data reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain and update systems and databases tied to business operations
  • Identify process inefficiencies and help improve workflows and documentation
  • Support ongoing operational processes aligned with compliance and audit standards
  • Build and enhance automated solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Help transition Excel/Access-based processes into more scalable tools
  • Partner with stakeholders across Business Services to streamline workflows and resolve data issues What they're looking for
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or automation
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with structured datasets
  • Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Basic understanding of relational data, databases, or SQL/ETL concepts
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Nice to have
  • Experience supporting business operations or back-office teams
  • Familiarity with Access/VBA and migrating legacy tools Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
