Onsite Project Overview We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These long-term contract roles operate within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and enterprise analytics. Successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across airport departments. Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using data sourced from Redshift, S3, and other enterprise data platforms Build and maintain DAX measures, semantic models, and optimized datasets to support efficient reporting and analytics performance Perform data analysis to support airport operations and business units by identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from Redshift and related data sources Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards and KPIs Clean, validate, and transform datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting use cases Document KPI definitions, report logic, data mappings, and dashboard specifications for governance and standardization Perform ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making Work closely with Data Engineers to resolve data quality issues, schema changes, and model enhancements Support operational reporting, performance monitoring, and departmental analytics across airport functions Perform other related duties as assigned to support analytics and reporting initiatives Requirements 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling Advanced SQL skills with experience working on cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, validation, and transformation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting solutions Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling is preferred Strong communication skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders Experience in enterprise, transportation, or operational environments is a plus
