AIOps Role Descriptions:
A data analyst bridges the gap between raw data and business strategy by collecting| cleaning| and analyzing information. They transform complex datasets into actionable insights through reports and dashboards to help organizations make informed| data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Data Collection & Cleaning:
Gather data from primary and secondary sources| identify data quality issues| and filter/clean data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Statistical Analysis:
Identify| analyze| and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets using established statistical techniques.
Reporting & Visualization:
Design and develop reports| charts| and interactive dashboards (e.g.| using Tableau or Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and prioritize information requirements.
System Maintenance:
Maintain and optimize database systems and data collection strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Technical Proficiency:
SQL:
Essential for querying and managing databases.
Spreadsheets:
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP| Pivot Tables).
Visualization Tools:
Proficiency in Tableau| Power BI| or Looker.
Programming:
Working knowledge of Python or R is highly preferred.
Analytical & Critical Thinking:
Ability to look at numbers| trends| and data to come up with logical conclusions and recommendations.
Communication:
