Act as a subject‑matter expert on AMI data sources, metrics, and definitions, ensuring consistent interpretation and use across reporting outputs. Review and validate analytically complex or sensitive AMI deliverables prior to broader distribution to ensure correctness and clarity. Contribute to the development and refinement of AMI reporting standards, definitions, and data governance practices within the MDCoE. Provide direct supervision of assigned resources, including prioritization of work, performance management, and development planning. Coach, mentor, and guide team members on complex analytical and reporting tasks, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.
