As an Associate Data Analyst at Dolese, you will support the analytics team by assisting with data preparation, basic analysis, and reporting activities that help inform business and operational decision-making. In this role, you will assist with data validation, report and dashboard updates, documentation, and responding to routine data requests. Data Analysis & Reporting Support Assist with analyzing datasets to identify basic trends, patterns, and data quality issues. Perform routine data validation, data preparation, and basic analytical tasks following established procedures. Support preparation of analysis outputs, summaries, and documentation. Use approved analytics and reporting tools to support routine data requests. Data Preparation & Data Quality Assist with preparing datasets for reporting and analysis using defined data sources. Perform data quality checks and support documentation of data issues and resolutions. Follow data governance standards and escalation processes under guidance from team members. Support routine data updates and maintenance tasks following established procedures. Reporting & Dashboard Support Assist with building and updating reports and dashboards using established templates and standards. Validate report outputs for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution. Perform routine updates to reports based on defined requirements and instructions. Learn and apply reporting best practices with guidance and oversight. Business Support & Requirement Documentation Support business requests by gathering requirements and documenting reporting needs. Assist in coordinating with stakeholders to clarify data requests and reporting expectations. Communicate analysis results and report outputs with support from the analytics team. Learning & Development Participate in training and development activities to build analytics, BI, and data skills. Learn and follow established analytics processes, tools, and documentation standards. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve analytical accuracy and effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field required. Academic project experience involving data analysis or reporting preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL, data querying, or data visualization tools (Power BI) preferred. Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and introductory analytics or BI platforms preferred. Willingness to learn analytics tools, data structures, and business processes. Industry experience in energy, manufacturing, healthcare, or customizable services preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to learn and apply foundational data analysis concepts and tools. Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions to clarify requirements. Willingness to collaborate with team members and receive feedback. Interest in developing analytics, BI, and data skills. Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and support. This position is hybrid, with a mix of onsite and remote work. The schedule generally includes regular onsite collaboration and flexibility for remote work based on role and business needs. May involve occasional extended hours during major reporting cycles or project deadlines.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 30 lbs. of weight occasionally. Ability to perform primarily sedentary work and tolerate prolonged standing, sitting, and walking. Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing and data entry using a keyboard and mouse. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.EEO Statement:
