Brown and Joseph is seeking a Data & Administrative Support Analyst as we continue to grow our team! The Data & Administrative Support Analyst role is ideal for someone with college coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience in business reporting while contributing to daily administrative functions. This is a hybrid role combining data reporting responsibilities with operational and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
Data and Reporting:
Run and distribute scheduled reports from internal systems Write or modify basic SQL queries (training and mentorship provided) Use Excel for data cleanup, formatting, and analysis (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) Maintain reporting accuracy and documentation Support ad hoc data requests from leadership Administrative & Operational Support Answer incoming calls and route appropriately Assist with shared inbox management Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation Support general administrative needs across departments
Job Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field Working knowledge of Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable multi-tasking & handling multiple portfolios Assisting with special projects when needed
Preferred:
Exposure to SQL (academic or internship experience acceptable) Familiarity with databases or reporting systems 0-2 years of professional experience
Compensation and Benefits:
$19
