This is a part-time remote opportunity for a data professional who enjoys transforming information into actionable insights and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and proactively identify ways to add value through reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
Schedule:
Part-Time, approximately 700 hours annually (averages ~13-14 hours per week)
Location:
Fully Remote (U.S.-Based)
Engagement Type:
W2 or 1099 options available Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI Analyze data trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business decisions Develop automated reporting solutions using Excel and other Microsoft tools Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into deliverables Support training, compliance, and operational reporting needs Create documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data-driven solutions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences U.S. Citizenship required Ability to pass background screening Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government contractors, DOE, or regulated industries Familiarity with SharePoint, Access, or SQL Experience with compliance or training metrics/reporting Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field Why This Role?
