Job Description

Work Authorization Only W2 candidates will be considered No third-party (3P) candidates or C2C arrangements Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support business stakeholders across Accounting and Supply Chain functions, including Distribution and Transportation. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and the ability to deliver timely insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Write and execute moderately complex SQL queries to support business needs Provide quick-turn data support to stakeholders in Accounting and Supply Chain Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a relationship-driven, customer-focused environment Required Qualifications Strong experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and anomalies Hands-on experience with SQL (moderate complexity) Experience supporting Accounting/Finance or Supply Chain (Distribution, Transportation, etc.) Proficiency in Power BI Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in ambiguous environments Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Experience working in fast-paced, less structured environments Work Environment Hybrid role based in Portland, OR (minimum 2 days onsite required) Show more Show less
