All On-site Job Description The Data Entry & Governance Support Analyst plays a key role in maintaining high‐quality financial and project data for Tech Services. This position focuses on accurate data entry, validation, and upkeep of master data and reporting templates. The role supports governance processes by ensuring information is complete, compliant with standards, and ready for downstream financial use.

Key Responsibilities
Master Data & Data Entry
Enter, review, and validate master data submissions from the Project Intake Team to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Ensure all data entries follow established policies, procedures, and governance standards; escalate discrepancies when needed.
Update project information and key fields based on integrity reports from Corporate Finance. Template & Reporting Maintenance
Create and update forecast templates for new projects and structures using SAP and mapping information.
Maintain existing templates by removing closed internal orders (IOs) and ensuring data is current.
Data Quality & Governance Support
Run SAP mapping files twice per month and validate outputs for accuracy and downstream use.
Identify and correct data issues such as duplicates or missing information by coordinating with relevant teams.
Administrative & Meeting Coordination
Attend monthly corporate finance review meetings to assist with documentation and data updates.
General Support
Complete ad hoc data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to financial governance.
Required Qualifications
Experience with data entry, data validation, or financial reporting in a corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering or reviewing data.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Ability to manage recurring deadlines and maintain organized workflows.
Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross‐functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience with SAP master data, internal orders (IOs), or similar financial systems.
Familiarity with forecast templates or standardized reporting.
Experience supporting governance meetings or structured review processes.
