Job Description

Join Our Team as a Data Analyst II at CompliED Analytix Are you an experienced data professional who thrives on solving complex problems and guiding others? At CompliED Analytix, we partner with school districts and charter schools to take the stress out of state and federal reporting. By ensuring accuracy and compliance, we empower educators and school staff to focus on what matters most—students. We're looking for a Data Analyst II who brings strong analytical expertise, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of education data systems. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a subject matter expert position and make a meaningful impact across schools in New Mexico. What You'll Do As a Data Analyst II, you'll take ownership of advanced data processes and play a key leadership role by: Overseeing the collection, entry, validation, and management of student and school data Leading preparation and submission of state and federal reports and datasets, including NMPED reporting Monitoring data accuracy and compliance with FERPA and other regulations Analyzing complex datasets, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions Developing and improving processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency Training and guiding school staff and team members on data entry standards and reporting requirements Collaborating with school personnel, SIS vendors, and state agencies to resolve issues Managing multiple reporting projects and deadlines simultaneously Preparing summaries, dashboards, and reports for leadership and stakeholders What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of experience in data management, SIS, or education compliance reporting Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools Advanced knowledge of New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) reporting (highly preferred) Proven ability to analyze and clearly communicate complex data Experience training or guiding non-technical users Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
