Job Description

ChristianaCare is seeking a Data Analyst for the Kidney Transplant Program in Newark,DE. The Data Analyst provides data analysis, reporting, and data integrity support for the Kidney Transplant Program, with a primary focus on Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), regulatory reporting, and operational performance monitoring. This role partners closely with transplant leadership, clinical teams, quality, and IT to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data to support compliance and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of healthcare data and data quality principles, along with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and SQL or similar query experience are preferred. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site responsibilities in Newark, DE with remote work, based on business and operational needs. Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and analytics to support transplant program performance, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), and operational decision‑making. The role aggregates, validates, and analyzes clinical, operational, and regulatory data from multiple sources, supports required
OPTN/UNOS
submissions, and monitors data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Responsibilities include performing analyses related to SRTR reporting and benchmarking, assisting with chart audits and compliance documentation, translating complex data into clear summaries and visualizations, and partnering with transplant leadership, clinical teams, and IT to enhance reporting capabilities and support performance improvement initiatives. Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in data analytics, health informatics, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field required. Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, or analytics required. Experience working with clinical or electronic medical record data strongly preferred. Experience supporting quality improvement or regulated clinical programs preferred. Hourly Pay Range:
$32.77 - $52.43 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
