Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degreeRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to present complex findings and recommendations in a clear concise manner verbally and in writing Able to provide good judgment, decision-making, and problem solving Ability to create clear, accurate representations of data Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to learn new software and continually acquire new competencies Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-based visa status.Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree Two or more years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, reporting, or statistical work Experience working in a higher education setting Demonstrated proficiency with SQL or a related programming language Experience using software such as Tableau Prep and Tableau Desktop to transform, clean, analyze, and manage data; create tables, graphs, dashboards, and presentations Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel Demonstrated successful management of multiple short-term and long-term projects, independent completion of projects with accuracy, thoroughness and creativity, and timely meeting of deadlines under pressure Experience with complex data sets including manipulating, merging, restructuring and analyzing large data setsPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of SQL Working knowledge of Tableau software Working knowledge of Banner or another integrated student information system Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research, analysis, and statistical methods Knowledge of Banner and underlying tables, fields, and codesBenefits:
