Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data, generating insights, and helping drive strategic decision-making. This role will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Assist with data validation, reporting automation, and performance tracking

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus
