Full-Time Job Duties:
1. Analyze data, assess trends, and prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement. 2. Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and lead projects through completion. 3. Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness. 4. Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts. 5. Develop and own recurring analytic or reporting processes. 6. Mentor, coach, train, and develop junior data analysts. Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and share with team members. and document best practices. 7. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. 8. May telecommute in line with Company policy (hybrid role).
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Analyst, Specialist-related occupation.
