Job Summary Lead the Statistical Reporting IT team for Property & Casualty lines, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant submissions to regulatory and statistical agencies such as NISS, NAIC, ISO, TDI, etc. This role will also support the litigation data extracts in addition to owning the delivery, quality and controls for all P&C statistical filings. (Internal position title: Data & Analytics Specialist)Hybrid to Woodland Hills, CA This role is a Hybrid opportunity, where you will be onsite 3 times a week in our Woodland Hills, CA office. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end statistical reporting for P&C products (Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, General Liability, Workers' Comp, etc.). Manage regulatory and bureau submissions to NISS, NAIC, TDI, Verisk/ISO and other statistical agents through collaboration with business. Own reporting calendars, filing schedules and regulatory deadlines. Establish and enforce data quality controls, reconciliations, and validation rules. Investigate and resolve data issues across policy, claims, and financial systems. Serve as primary contact for internal auditors/attorneys. Drive process automation and modernization of reporting workflows. Partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Finance, Legal, IT and Underwriting teams. Lead, mentor and develop a team of statistical reporting analysts. Define and maintain documentation, SOPs and control frameworks. What You'll Bring 5-7 years of related experience required. 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance statistical or regulatory reporting. 2+ years of delivery leadership experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of: P&C policy, premium and loss data structures. Statistical plan requirements and edit rules. Bureau and regulatory reporting processes. Proven experience producing compliant submissions to NISS, NAIC, ISO, TDI, etc. Strong data analysis skills using SQL and reporting tools. Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading modernization or automation initiatives in statistical reporting. Hands-on experience building reconciliation and validation dashboards (Power BI, similar tools). Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, etc.). Experience supporting audits and regulatory examinations. Knowledge of multiple statistical plans (Auto, Property, Umbrella, GL, & WC). Technical & Functional Skills Advanced SQL and data validation techniques Strong understanding of: Policy lifecycle. Endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements. Earned vs written premium logic. Loss, Expense and reserve reporting concepts. Strong documentation and control mindset. Leadership & Soft Skills Proven ability to lead delivery for multiple concurrent filings. Strong stakeholder communication (especially with Accounting, Legal, Compliance & IT). Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and data rules.
