Job Description
We are currently looking for a Data Quality Analyst based in O'Fallon. This is a hybrid role. The Impact You Will Have The Data Quality Analyst will focus on the enforcement of quality oversight of the Finance Operations team members supporting all NA branches. They are responsible for the development of quality processes, production of quality checks and adherence to the requirements set. Furthermore, when deviations or disputes from the process, the Quality Analyst will be responsible for issue resolution and training. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Lead monthly meetings with management to report on trending errors, volume of quality reviews per team and update on any process changes needing to be made. Lead mitigation steps with internal business partners to ensure all business needs are met and have successful audit findings. Facilitating meetings with Quality team(s) to assign tasks to them in order to meet deadlines Regularly reviews and updates to quality processes that describes how should be quality checked Periodically validate quality scores and samples to ensure integrity of the QC process Validation schedule will need to be on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. In addition, ensure adequately system privileges are logged and tracked (i.e. read-only access to all applications) Must be seen as a "Subject Matter Expert (SME)" for all LoBs assigned to the referenced role Proactively ensures quality parameters or questions sets, sampling standard, pre- and post-release checks are followed and to eliminate potential deviation of the quality program Identify and remediate potential inconsistences with quality checks and results Proactively plan changes to the quality process in an event of change Able to implement changes without or minimal operational distractions Continuously align with Business Partners to add/modify/remove quality parameters or questions sets in a quarterly basis or annually Able to communicate quality process, responsible parties and quantitatively explain quality results Be able to present when needed while implementing best practices during a presentation What You'll Bring to the

Role:
3-5 years experience in strong insurance knowledge and understanding of customer experience (internal/external) - individual must be seen as being credible and knowledgeable 3-5 years experience in Finance operations or quality assurance experience or related experience required Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is preferred External applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, nor can we guarantee future sponsorship. The annualized base pay range for this role is $57238 - $86476. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
