Job Description
Title Data Quality & Governance Lead Position 6+ Months Contract Location Hybrid (Newtown Square, PA) Required Skills 10+ years in strategic oversight data quality, data governance, or data management within healthcare payer environments Must have extensive skills in Data Governance for strategic oversight Hybrid role between data governance & data quality very strategic role, not a doer. Strategically identify that this is what the quality dashboards should look like. 3+ years hands on experience with CollibraDQ (preferably) OR OwlDQ or InformaticaDQ Heavy on Data Quality rule creation, dashboards, workflows Catalog, Governance, Understand the capabilities, how the scorecards are produced, what the thresholds, and guide the team to strategically utilize it. Strong healthcare domain expertise (claims, eligibility, provider/NPI data) Advanced SQL skills as needed doesn t need to be very current in SQL queries (4-5 years ago is okay but still very aware of it to find your way around) High level experience with ETL/ELT architectures Ability to communicate complex data issues to non technical and executive stakeholders
