This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin a career in data management, business systems, or the oil & gas industry. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of critical business data, including wells, assets, vendors, materials, and financial hierarchies. You will help ensure data integrity across multiple systems while supporting business operations, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain master data records. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist with data cleansing, deduplication, and governance activities. Support ERP systems (SAP or similar) and help maintain data consistency across platforms. Respond to data-related requests and inquiries from business users. Follow established data standards, naming conventions, and workflows.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and data validation. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) or upstream oil & gas operations is a plus.
