      • What is the most important skillset: Strong data skills with expertise in Power BI, Excel.
      SQL highly preferred. Experience with Snowflake and Jira a plus. Must be able to analyze and summarize data with ease, while ensuring quality assurance at all times. Solid communication skills - with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Must be able to effectively and efficiently work independently and professionally mature.
      • Can you tell me what the person's day to day will be like: This person is part of the Human Risk, Response and Readiness team whose goal is to prepare employees to be able to identify and report suspicious activities (which are becoming more sophisticated through AI).
      The primary focus of the role will be to lead our efforts to understand high risk groups and overall trends through data insights. This person will work closely with the Data team on Human Risk department projects as their day-to-day contact. Will provide expert data support to the Human Risk team including creation of PowerBI reports, automation of processes, performing manual data manipulation, as needed, and analysis, providing clear and concise storytelling. Following a training/orientation period, the worker will be expected to work independently. The HM will have a weekly 1:1 with the worker.
      Job Overview:
      We are seeking a full-time Human Risk Data Analyst to join our Global Cybersecurity team primarily focused on data-related projects for cybersecurity training efforts across the 40K global enterprise and within the 5K Technology organization. This role will help support cybersecurity human risk training from a data support/project management perspective, as well as content creation/promotion, and targeted training, while also pursuing process improvement efforts.
      Key Areas of Support:
      Advanced data analytics and visualization to track, analyze and report employee performance in phishing exercises and other suspicious activities: Deliver fast, high-quality ad hoc and recurring analysis to identify trends and root causes; create presentation-ready dashboards, charts, and standardized templates; deliver reusable slide views with consistent visuals, clear storytelling, and data accuracy for leadership.
      Project Management:
      Assist with the organization, management and tracking of multiple training projects, helping maintain timelines, deliverables, and quality standards proactively introducing automation whenever possible.
      Stakeholder Engagement:
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective messaging for cybersecurity training-related programs.
      Content Creation:
      Draft, edit, and manage a variety of content, including training-related materials such as emails, presentations, guides using internal AI tools
      Required Skills:
      • Advanced Power BI or equivalent BI (data modeling, DAX measures, visuals, bookmarks for slide views), basic SQL for querying/validation, automation for recurring reporting (refreshable queries, links to slides, macros/Office Scripts), rigorous data QA/reconciliation, clear data storytelling for leadership, and strong attention to visual consistency and detail.
      Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query/Power Pivot, dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, complex formulas, charting/visual design), rapid ad hoc analysis and data cleaning, PowerPoint (executive slide design, reusable templates, chart packs),
      • Project management: Experience in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
      • Advanced AI skills for automation, content creation, editing: Demonstrated experience required to use enterprise Gen AI solution to support productive, efficient content creation and use of digital assistants, persistent chats with personas for customization to employee groups.
      • Writing and editing: Strong writing and editing skills (using internal AI tools) with attention to detail, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences focused on behavioral metrics/cybersecurity-related topics.
      • Awareness of basic cybersecurity concepts Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate technical information in a clear, concise, and non-technical manner.
      • Technology proficiency: Proficient/expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Jira. Familiarity with PowerBI.
      • Multi-tasking capabilities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

            Qualifications:
            • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, or related roles.
            • Experience within IT/cybersecurity organizations and/or working on cyber-related programs is a plus but not required.
