Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role focused on data and analytics reporting, where you''ll collaborate with various internal teams to manage hardware lifecycle coordination and asset management. Responsibilities Coordinate the lifecycle management of hardware, ensuring seamless order flow from vendors. Maintain and update the asset management system, effectively communicating with internal teams and end users. Forecast and refresh inventory to align with project goals, collaborating with the procurement team for purchase orders. Contribute to data visualization efforts by assisting in building dashboards, if experienced. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Skills 4-6 years of experience in hardware lifecycle coordination or asset management. Proficiency in using ServiceNow, particularly the Hardware Asset Management tool. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and ask insightful questions. Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of basic hardware specifications. Ability to work independently while following instructions and executing tasks effectively. Preferred Skills Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with hardware certifications and supply chain processes. Knowledge of software applications related to data management. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
