To learn more about GARUD go to https: www.garudtechnology.com Responsibilities & Duties Utilize experience gathering information from various sources and assembling the information into a comprehensive work product for the Government to use for decisions. Review data analytics and create user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools, such as a dashboard. Experience must include combining multiple fields among multiple datasets and conducting different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics). Utilize ServiceNow as a business process software to optimize workflows and improve customer experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Required Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field. Experience with dashboards must be utilization-focused and tailorable to the audience. At least 2 years experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Enterprise Server, and R programming. 2 years of experience working with clients to improve data quality. 1 year of experience with performance measures and efficiency statistics. 1 year of experience presenting data and dashboards to an interdisciplinary audience. Good written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking ability At least 5 years of experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools, such as a dashboard. Experience must include combining multiple fields among multiple datasets and conducting different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Preferred Experience gathering information from various sources and assembling the information into a comprehensive work product for the Government to use for decisions. Experience utilizing ServiceNow software.
