Lentegrity is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our Auto Finance Analytics Department. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Director of Analytics to query, analyze, interpret, and visualize data that drives day‑to‑day decisions and long‑term strategic planning. This role is ideal for a motivated analyst who is ready to apply foundational analytics skills, deepen their technical expertise, and grow professionally in a collaborative, data‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Analytics Department in turning data into meaningful stories. Write, run, and maintain SQL queries. Create clear visualizations and narratives in Tableau. Apply statistical techniques to help answer complex business questions. Proactively anticipate follow‑up questions from business leaders and address them. Interpret data in context considering all aspects of Lentegrity's business, the Automotive and Finance industries, and the macroeconomy. Assist in presenting findings and insights to stakeholders.
