LIMS Administrator Location:

Hybrid - Concord, NC This is a Hybrid opportunity where you will be expected to attend a 2-4 week initial training period and potential monthly visits to their site in Concord, NC. Position Summary The LIMS Administrator is responsible for supporting Quality Control informatics systems with a focus on master data creation, system configuration, and data integrity. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across LabVantage

LIMS, MODA

(Environmental Monitoring), and NuGenesis ELN platforms. This is a systems-focused role, not a laboratory testing position, requiring hands-on experience with configuration, data management, and system ownership within a GMP-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform LabVantage LIMS master data creation and verification, including: Specifications Sampling plans Product variants Storage records Flavor management Support site deployment, configuration, and upgrades of LabVantage LIMS Perform MODA master data creation and verification for: Environmental Monitoring (EM) methods Utilities sampling plans Create and maintain NuGenesis ELN document templates for non-routine testing Conduct non-terminal record monitoring activities to ensure data integrity and compliance Review and support resolution of audit trail discrepancies identified during system audits Ensure systems and processes align with GMP/GxP regulations and data integrity standards Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS, specifically: Master data build and verification System configuration (beyond end-user functionality) Experience with MODA or similar Environmental Monitoring (EM) systems Strong understanding of: GMP / GxP environments Data integrity principles Audit trails and compliance requirements Experience with QC systems, informatics platforms, or master data management Ability to support system ownership, configuration, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience with NuGenesis ELN, particularly template creation Experience supporting LIMS implementations, upgrades, or deployments Background in environmental monitoring programs Experience with audit trail review, inspection readiness, or data integrity investigations
