CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Data Quality Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US (except Alaska or Hawaii) as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area. Job Summary
The Remote Data Quality Analyst is primarily responsible for testing and validating data within a client-specific data warehouse, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare data standards.
Pay:
$22+ an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours:
Full Time - Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Job Duties:
Write and execute complex SQL queries to support testing and validation activities
Develop and execute test plans to validate new and existing data views
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm data accuracy and scenario coverage
Conduct referential integrity checks and comprehensive data validation
Document data flow, field availability, and discrepancies within various views Maintain and update documentation in the data lineage and data catalog tools
Collaborate with offshore teams to validate view outputs and ensure documentation is current
Identify and track data issues or anomalies, providing timely follow-up and resolution
Requirements
3+ years of experience working with relational database structures and writing SQL queries
Associates Degree or Higher
Experience in test plan creation and execution
A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
Highly Preferred Large corporation experience
Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
