CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Process Audit Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.
Job Summary
The Remote Process Audit Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting business operations by monitoring, analyzing, and improving end-to-end processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role partners with stakeholders to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities that advance continuous improvement and modernization initiatives.
Pay:
$20 - 24 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours:
Full Time - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm EST

Job Duties:
Maintain and manage post-monitoring plans and process documentation to support operational teams and ensure consistent, effective execution
Design, document, and continuously analyze and improve end-to-end business processes using process excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
Monitor processes to identify trends, risks, issues, and defects, and ensure they are accurately documented and reported to stakeholders Monitor processes to identify trends, risks, issues, and defects, and ensure they are accurately documented and reported to stakeholders
Apply continuous improvement tools to implement and sustain incremental process enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders by demonstrating creative and innovative thinking, remaining flexible and open to change, contributing ideas, and positively influencing evolving strategies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, including business process analysis, workflow analysis, process mapping, or a combination thereof
Experience analyzing large datasets and spreadsheets to identify defects, trends, and performance gaps
Strong capability to apply continuous improvement methodologies and critical thinking to interpret data, calculate results, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and support informed business decisions
A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
Highly Preferred Large corporation experience
Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of quality and audit processes
Knowledge of AI or Machine Learning tools and resources
Knowledge of defect remediation processes
