Accountabilities Monitor and manage the end-to-end data flow for submissions to vendors and government agencies. Own the claim and supplemental submission workflow for CMS Encounter Data System submissions. Develop data pipeline tracking reports and analyze, research, and resolve data errors. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Risk Adjustment teams. Assist with tracking and implementing risk adjustment initiatives and strategies. Create and update policies and procedures regarding the encounter process. Requirements Two years of experience with Medicare Risk Adjustment and CMS Encounter Data System submissions. At least two years of programming experience using SQL, Python, and R. Experience in building operational dashboards. Self-starter with high motivation and drive to execute tasks at a high level.
