Must be located in NY/NJ and available for onsite interview Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with experience in data products, business analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to define requirements, support product development, and drive successful delivery of data-driven solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data management and business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business needs and objectives. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners to align product requirements with strategic goals and product vision. Serve as the primary point of contact for business requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Work closely with engineering, analytics, and UX teams to ensure successful product delivery. Develop process flows, customer journey maps, business process models, and other supporting documentation. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and feasibility. Support QA and testing efforts by creating test plans, test cases, and documenting defects. Monitor product performance and gather stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvements. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Data Management. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation. Knowledge of data ingestion, data management, and data product development. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting UAT, testing, and defect management activities. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Experience working with enterprise data products and analytics platforms. Utility industry experience is a plus. Apply only if you are local to NY/NJ and available for an onsite interview.
