Job Overview:

o Support construction management by analyzing and consolidating data for capital planning and business decisions. o Work across multiple systems to generate reports, dashboards, and KPI insights. o Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on safety and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

o Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools. o Analyze data from Safety Culture for construction/restoration reporting. o Track contractor performance, safety metrics, and job components. o Support invoice/accounting data entry and work package tracking. o Assist Resource Planning with stakeholder reporting needs.

Required Skills:

o Strong Excel and computer/software skills. o Good organizational, communication, and presentation abilities. o Critical thinking and ability to assess business objectives and cost-benefit impacts.
